"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, a little warm at times but as this a historic building they cannot install A/C. The bar is excellent, as is the local brew Barya. Out motorbikes were parked securely in the private car park, which costs €16 per space per night (3 bikes in one space, no problem.) The hotel is superbly located for access to town centre cafes and restaurants. Thoroughly recommended."

The check-in process was a bit challenging as we had some communication issues about us having two separate units reserved. (They only provided one initially.) This appears to be largely used as a time-share facility for senior citizens, but it worked very well for our large, young family."
