Go see old town Kranj. Take time to stroll through the villages north of Jana all the way to Strrmol castle. Its all walkable. Strmol castle wasn't open when I went there.

Super host. Very friendly and helpful. The place is 5 mins to the airport so it's perfect for a night stay before my next flight. Room is small but cozy. Parking is plenty. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. My balcony has a great view to the mountains (I think the Alp).
