"withput doubt the property has a 5 star view and location but it does not have a 5 star service. Some elements are strucutral - for example one lavatory for 8 people on the first floor and a sheer cliff surrounding the garden where fototballs are lost ( a fence would be good). Notwithstanding we found the service not up to standard. We were without hot water for four days which given there was a 7 month old baby was a trial. "This was a very short notice booking and the owners were very helpful to sort this out. Another location had fallen through for us and we all had leave booked. Our children also had flights booked (Geneva) so at short notice (3-4 days) we needed a house for 6 people. The owners did their best to help us out and we appreciate that. "Beautiful premier property. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the openness of the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to the local bakery. We had views of the lake. It was a great house."
