Overall nice place to stay

Newly remodled apt with brand new appliances. The unit has spacious bedroom, living room with a kitchen and huge shower room. It is very clean and quiet. It is right next to the train station and 15 mins walk to the old town and lake. There is an 24/7 supermarket in10 mins walking distance. The online check-in was easy and communications with the management was quick and easy. We had an excellent stay there and highly recommended.

LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake. The beds and linens were ultra cozy and luxurious. The hotel was convenient located, and offered a beautiful free breakfast buffet in their gorgeous dining room. We stayed at this hotel twice - it was a stopping point for us on a Zurich to Tuscany vacation and back. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff is friendly. If you have children, they provide rollaway beds that are comfortable but expect them to crowd the room, because the rooms although well appointed, are small. This place is a good B&B solution if you need to stay around that place (which is a small village, but a little bit far from Varese or other bigger city). However, this is not an hotel, but a restaurant with rooms upstairs. It means that there is no front desk and when you arrive, you might have to wait for the owner to open the place for you. Spacious, super comfortable, recently renovated suites with decent breakfast options. Parking is available at the front of the building. Hotel is a bit far from Milan, and requires driving to the nearest metro station - Sesto 1 Rondo, but the more convenient station to drive to is Sesto Marelli (12 min drive) on the red M1 line. There's parking on streets in the white lines near the metro stops. The hotel is right next to the Vulcano mall but the free mall bus to Milan center has limited...

Very nice..hotel was efficiently equipped closed to the main shopping area and transportation.. with a beautiful panoramic view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was very clean and pleasant. If you want to be near Milan, but outside the city in the more sedate suburbs of it, this is the place to be. The only drawback was the bathroom, which while private, wasn't in the room, a surprise for us. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay.
