From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—they truly went Above & Beyond to make my stay special. The hotel’s restaurant served amazing food each morning, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, a perfect start to each day. The pool is not heated but refreshing on a hot day. We even saw fireworks on the lake at night) The view from the hotel is nothing short of spectacular—Lake Como at its finest. Even the elevator has a breathtaking view of lake como! I also loved that it was within walking distance to the ferry, restaurants, and shops. Yes, the walk back up the hill is a bit of a workout, but I actually enjoyed it as great exercise after exploring the area. Overall, this hotel has everything—warm and attentive staff, wonderful food, breathtaking views, and a perfect location. I prefer boutique hotels instead of large chains and I can’t wait to return to this charming and quaint hotel! "

"We couldn't locate the login email when we arrived and it took another two days to get the online check in platform to actually work. So we were forced to pay for two nights at a hotel on top of the four nights we had already paid for. And it took a number of days for Joivy to get back to us via email but the telephone number didn't connect properly."
