"My mum and I stayed for 4 nights. We had a suite. A continental breakfast was delivered to the room every day at our chosen time. The staff who delivered it were really friendly and the receptionist who checked us in was really helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the lower town near, so you can reach the old town easily and the main shopping street. Would totally recommend this hotel."

"Good hotel; very helpful front desk and reception staff, but breakfast team a little lacklustre in comparison. Room and bed comfortable and good location for visiting city sights and a short walk in relation to train and bus stations."

"Perfect hotel,new and clean ,little far from the city centre but wasn't bad ,we went twice,by uber ,and was enough,there is a restaurant, near by ,and gaz station mini market if u need ,something, i would definitely stay again"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was as expected and seemed fairly clean. Breakfast was the highlight truly delicious and varied. Also appreciated that they provided water bottles in the room and had a water refill station near the lobby."

"We stayed at Zagreb for one night as a transfer between Rovinj and Split to break up our trip. The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and the best part was it opened at 6:30. That was very helpful for us as we had an early morning bus. Reception staff were very friendly. The hotel is located very central; many options for restaurants and tourist spots were walkable."

"It was good for what it was - we stayed for the night before an early morning flight. The restaurant connected to it was actually delicious and inexpensive which was nice."

"Hotel was nice with a reasonable breakfast. Hotel is located in a very good location but was not easy to find because of construction around it. Tried to call the hotel but got whatever reason no one answered the calls. Otherwise location was great."
