Entspannung pur

Wunderschön gelegen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer. Mitten in Olivenbäumen und Weinstöcken. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei, das Gelände überhaupt nicht. Die Wohnung hatte einige Mängel (Wasserspülung defekt, Toilettendeckel lose, kein WLan-Empfang, Geschirrspüler defekt, Bodenleisten der Küche nicht montiert, Gartenstuhl defekt, sehr laut quitschende Innentüren, kein ausreichendes Geschirr - nur 2 Tassen, schmutziges Geschirr). Der wöchentliche Wäschewechsel fand nicht statt.

Tolle Wohnung mit Pool mitten in Weinbergen

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet, inkl. zwei Bäder, drei Klimaanlagen und einer Spülmaschine. Wir waren positiv überrascht! Der Pool ist richtig toll und eingebettet in das große Gelände, mit Blick auf Weinberge und Hügelketten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig, viele „Toskana-Hotspots sind in weniger als einer Stunde zu erreichen. Ettore war immer sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, inkl. einer Führung durch seine Weinberge. Wir konnten ihn zu jeder Tageszeit ansprechen. Vielen Dank, es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

GE-WEL-DIG!!!

Wij hebben het 5p appartement gehuurd (met 2p), je krijgt dan een zeer ruime 2p slaapkamer en een extra 1p slaapkamer (als er 5p gaan,moeten er 2 op de slaapbank). De keuken is van alles voorzien (wèl een vaatwasser). Het zwembad is direct tegenover het huisje en dit 5p app. heeft de ingang en uitzicht hier direct op. Vanuit het zitje buiten kijk je ver weg over het prachtige landschap!! De locatie ligt heel mooi centraal tov Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, ideaal. Eigenaar XXX is erg aardig en behulpzaam.
