Agibilità: l'accesso è un po' sconnesso, consigliato a chi ha buone gambe. Casa: è arredata con stile e accuratezza. Non si è lesinato sull'impiantistica che è all'avanguardia. Pompe di calore ok. "Alberico's house is simply enchanting and so is the hamlet of Ponzanello. You really feel like you're stepping back in time (except you have access to all the modern amenities which is great)! The location is perfect if you have a car, about a hour drive to Cinque Terre, plenty of vineyards and other medieval villages to visit in the surroundings."

"I get the feeling the owners have just bought this house & are just starting to rent it out. It seems they have upgraded some parts of the apartment but others are old i.e. the kitchen doors look new, but the carcasses are very old. The lounge felt like it was missing a tv. There was a sofa for 2 facing a wall, with your back to the views of the hills, which felt odd.
