"The staff at this hotel were genuinely kind and sympathetic – everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. This is the only positive aspect we can mention. However, the rest of our experience was extremely disappointing: Location: The location is very poor. The hotel is situated far from the city center and far from the main square, RegCaserta. There are no public transportation options nearby, which makes it difficult to get around. Air conditioning: The air conditioning did not work properly. It was set too high, and when we opened the window to let some air in, the system turned off completely. We suffered from the heat all night. Bathroom: The bathroom was outdated and very worn down. Noise at night: At 2 a.m., we were woken up by what sounded like bombings – supposedly fireworks or petards – caused by a group of young people who spent the entire day hanging around the hotel. Unfortunately, aside from the staff's kindness, this hotel offers nothing commendable. We would not recommend it."

"The pictures certainly made the place look better than it was. Difficult to find, they need to provide instruction for getting there. Paid extra for breakfast which was a slip of paper to go to the cafe on street for one hot beverage and one pastry. Check in was difficult as no English was spoken, I understand foreign country but it was difficult and probably could have had better experience if there was pre instructions. Road noise was also there all night and air conditioning was iffy sadly."
