Much better than many of the other views from restaurants and cafes. Staff very helpful and charming. Amazing sunrise views and beautiful tranquil evenings. I would come back any time. "This is an excellent location of the city in a very beautiful city. Our room had an excellent terrace with a view. It is a shared terrace with the next room, but it was private since nobody was occupying the other room. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant downstairs were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is sumptuous. The beds are very comfortable and entire facility is very clean and well maintained. Only thing they should add to their description is the location being next to the ascensor Concepcion. It is a great way to go up and down the hills, especially with luggage. First day, not knowing it, we used the stairs and uphill slopes to reach the hotel from the bus stop. "

"My family slept comfortably in a suite with 1 queen, 2 twin beds, and a a private bathroom. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The hostel has a very welcoming and warm feel to it. The common area has a fully functioning kitchen and access to fridges that you can store food in. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend!"
