"The hotel is new with great design and aesthetics. Staff were helpful. Location is great. Warning: the pool is not part of this hotel and that is not advertised. It is part of the Intercontiential hotel. Which means you have to be escorted by their reception staff to the pool to gain access and have to be escorted to the toilets while using the pool because you don’t have an access card yourself. This felt awkward to keep asking to be escorted and it felt like I wasn’t welcome. This massively impacted my experience here as a solo female traveller. "

"Great location and great property. The building is ideally located in the Baranco neighborhood right by a playground and a short walk to Miraflores. There is grocery store, a few small markets, and many other places to grab food or coffee nearby. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long hot day and the apartment itself was wonderful. It was a good amount of space for our family of five and was the perfect spot for our 5 days in Lima. We would recommend this place to anyone! "
