"The receptionists were excellent. They catered to my every need smiling all rhe time. Service in the restuarant was dissapointing apart from my breafast server the first day of my trip. The rooms were cean, large and airy and the decor apealing . Construction was tali,ing place at the hotel while I 2as there. But hoestly it was not intrusive.and I was travelling alone so this could have been really impacted tne tranquil atmosphere I was seeking, but it didnn ‘ A list of services the hotel offers would have been helpful ( I needed laundry done, but i checked the closet and did not findanybag or laundr sheet, so determined you did not provide 5his servic3. It would also be most helpful, if a printed version of the tours was provided in each room. I will definitely visit again. Cathy "

"Wonderful cabin and helpful staff! We loved the natural beauty. We used as a base to hike to sunrise on Volcan Baru. Zip line was a kick. A bit out of the way, but worth it."

We hiked in the mountains and visited a coffee plantation, so I would definitely encourage a rental car to visit. "Escoger el Hotel Bambito para nuestra estadía en Volcán fue lo mejor. Un hotel con una hermosa infraestructura, sus jardines espectaculares, su piscina y jacuzzi. Todo su personal de lo más amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, en especial el sr. Melvin quien nos atendió en el bar y nos regaló una velada agradable. La habitación super limpia y equipada con lo necesario. Su piscina climatizada y su jacuzzi abren hasta las 10pm. Cuentan también con un sendero de 45 minutos el recorrido. Sin duda un lindo hotel con mucha trayectoria. Recomendado."
