The interior has been gone through so dont let the outside fool you. A basic hotel. Clean safe staff was great.

We chose to dine in and enjoyed the elegance of fine French champagne and artisinal cheeses and charcuterie. Our stay at Frederic’s Farmhouse was a highlight of our three week European vacation.

This was a large and charming room next door to the magnificant Laon Cathedral. Although my husband and I could not afford restaurant meals, the connected dining facilities were lovely and highly rated. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful location and surprisingly economical. we loved our room and view.

A rustic property in the quaint village of Longpont, this hotel felt a little like one of those “Restaurants with rooms” concepts that are springing up now, in that everything revolves around the restaurant, more or less.
