Casa Rossa 4 - Apartment with swimming pool

Casa Rossa is a nice property consiting of 3 completely reovated units turned into 6 holiday apartments and a cottage. The holiday facility has maintained its original architectural structure and is located on the Chianti hills in panoramic position.
Every apartment has its independent entrance to guarantee privacy and peace to guests who stay there. A swimming pool is at guests' disposal as well as a wide garden to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the countryside of the Chianti Area.

At guests' disposal: equipped garden, swimming-pool (14 x 7 m - maximum depth 1,80 m) set in panoramic location, shared barbecue. WI-FI internet is available. A provincial road passes only a few metres from the villa for rent away. Parking within the grounds.

Distances: Certaldo with all kinds of shops and funicolar leading to the medieval walled town centre 4 km, the renowned medieval town of San Gimignano 11 km, Volterra 35 km, Firenze 35 km, Siena 40 km. A lake with sport-fishing facilities and a riding-stable are approx. 5 km from the property away.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Dir Kommunikation auf englisch lief perfekt. Die Wohnung war groß, mit Klimaanlage im Wohnessbereich, von wo aus sich die kühle Luft gut verteilt. Mir persönlich hat das gut gefallen, da man keine überklimatisierten Schlafzimmer hat. Die Küche war soweit gut ausgestattet. Möglichkeiten zum Grillen waren gegeben. Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Außenbereich (Balkon und/oder Terasse). Der Pool sowie Poolbereich waren sehr sauber, für Liegen und Schattenplätze ist gesorgt, traumhafter Blick in die Landschaft. Großer Supermarkt und Tankstelle im nahe gelegenen Ort. Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (7 +9) eine schöne Woche dort.

Les villes de Florence, Sienne, Pise sont facilement accessibles en train depuis Certaldo. San Gimignano est à une quinzaine de kms en auto et compter une heure pour rejoindre la méditerranée ! Barbara est une hôte accueillante et très gentille et qui parle bien français.

Really good value. We were expecting a much smaller and less spacious villa Stunning amid the beatiful Tuscan Holls. Very pleasant and just the right distance from Certaldo.They were extremely helpful and the one problem of our own making was dealt with within 15 minutes
