"È imbarazzante che sia un hotel 3 stelle. Non esiste una reception al Carillon, ingresso sempre aperto a chiunque.. Camere minuscole non adatte a 3/4 persone, bagno altrettanto piccolo e pulizia che lascia a desiderare.. È assurdo che si possano mettere foto di altri hotel ( hotel sorriso) per ingannare le persone. SCONSIGLIATO! "

"The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable in a traditional Italian style. The view from the balcony was advertised as a sea view but it was a very limited view. Nice breakfast area with nice variety of options."
