Nice hotel and good location. They should just add some vegan options for breakfast, you can find Bread, Jam, Fruit, Pastry, but nothing salty except walnuts.

Extremely Satisfying place to stay!

It was a wonderful hotel to stay at. It was near the beach and a great place to walk for exercise. It was off season, so it was not busy with people. Great views, great restaurants and had a lovely meal. The breakfast was included and was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The hotel was very busy due to the IRONMAN, but staff were professional, especially in the face of checking out guests on Monday 22/9 discovering there was a train and public transport strike, that, shout out to Vanessa, she dealt with frantic guests stranded for getting to Bologna airport for travelling home in a calm and professional manner. They don’t have enough kettles for rooms, I would say, we could only have one on the last 2 days of our 7 day stay. The only staff member who I found disconcerting , was the cream jacketed breakfast room male, who came up to me on the first morning and said “you make only breakfast “ I had nothing in my hands, and hadn’t even found a table . That was insulting but I chose not to mention in the moment because I wanted to just get on with my stay.

Prisvärt hotell för enklare resa!

Trevlig personal, bra service och fint städat. Hotellet ligger precis vid stranden och har en fin pool. Det är nära till allt men dock väldigt gammaldags stil och hotellet skulle behöva en renovering. Men bra hotell för en billig peng!

La struttura è comoda al lungomare di Cervia e raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione di Cervia M.M. con passeggiata di 30 minuti circa. La camera dispone di cassaforte.

4 stelle non meritate

Hotel a 4 stelle che dovrebbe averne 3 (o forse 2) Ero in viaggio per lavoro e tutte le sere si sentiva musica fino a tarda notte. La mia camera non era così bella, molto vecchia con apertura della doccia difettosa. Ho consumato al mini bar e il giorno dopo non è stato neanche fatto il refill, sono tornata la sera e non c’era neanche un po’ d’acqua. Al check out, nonostante ero di fretta (ero lì per lavoro non in vacanza come probabilmente gli altri clienti), mi hanno fatto aspettare 20 minuti per avere la ricevuta della tassa di soggiorno. Ciliegina sulla torta, ho chiesto di poter lasciare la macchina nel loro garage (garage vuoto), ma mi hanno detto che per lasciare la macchina altre 2h avrebbero applicato la tariffa giornaliera

Buona la piscina, c'è sempre sole o da un lato o dall'altro, nonostante sia tra i palazzi. L'area fitness appena possibile, buona la parte cardio, ma l'attrezzo per gli esercizi funziona appena. Colazione buona, ma bisogna fare attenzione alla sala giusta, ci sono insieme un 3 e un 4 stelle, che fanno colazione in sale attigue e con livelli diversi di qualità. Ho sentito clienti lamentarsi di aver sbagliato sala per scarsa informazione, anche io ho sbagliato il primo giorno. La chiave è ancora metallica e con grosso e scomodo portachiavi, preferisco le serrature elettroniche

Struttura nello standard ma servizi deludenti.in modo particolare la gestione del parcheggio a pagamento dell’hotel. Abbiamo pagato una tariffa giornaliera superiore a quella indicata all’entrata del parcheggio (15 euro invece di 12) e ci hanno fatturato 2 giorni ( 30 euro) per una sosta dalle h 23,30 alle h 17 del giorno successivo.

Schönes Mittelklassehotel mit Meerblick

Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es liegt direkt am Strand nur durch eine Strasse getrennt. Zum Zentrum sind es zu Fuss ca.10-15 Minuten. Abends ist es etwas laut.

Wij voelden ons echt welkom

Universal is een ruim opgezet prima onderhouden hotel op een prachtlocatie: tegenover het kilometers lange strand, met tal van restaurants, bars en winkeltjes om de hoek. Wij verbleven op de 3e verdieping in een kamer met balkon met uitzicht op zee en hebben genoten van de gezellige drukte. Maar zodra de balkondeuren dicht waren, was er nauwelijks iets van te horen. Ook beschikken de kamers over verduisterende rolluiken, geen overbodige luxe in de hete en zonnige julimaand. Wie niet van zand en zee houdt, kan in het hotel zelf terecht in een schitterend en groot zwembad. Aan de voorkant nodigt een groot terras uit tot uitpuffen in de schaduw. Wij gebruikten alleen ontbijt (half en vol pension is ook mogelijk), en dat was zeer divers en smakelijk. En overal troffen wij vriendelijk en hoffelijk personeel. Wij voelden ons echt welkom.
