"Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors. When we arrived, we were presented the home in a friendly manner. A beautiful home to enjoy Lake Como. Walking distance to the town center."

"Live like a local, in the thick of things, yet in a house that is quiet and cool. WE stayed in end of June, and swam every day among the bees smothered lavender. the house is close to Como, Milan, and Varese, and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are very nice, and were around when we needed things. Lots of grocery stores, and restaurants close by. "We stayed here for a quieter experience, and it was worth it! It is in a fantastic location—walkable to Laglio, and just a few minutes’ drive to Como or Tremezzo. The kitchen is well-equipped and allowed me to make some nice meals, which we enjoyed on the terrace. The views and the pool are exceptional! The only suggestion is to update the bathrooms a little. Overall, this was a real highlight of our stay in Lake Como."

Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus.
