"My family and I, all 10 of us, had a wonderful holiday here. A very spacious 60s inspired villa with accommodation for us all. We all loved the Villa. The pool & outside space were fantastic & greatly needed as the temperature reached 40 degrees during our stay. We were a train ride away from the centre of Rome so travel was easy. You might need to change from train to metro but transport system was very efficient. We also travelled to a beautiful lake near by with water sports & lovely restaurants. You will need a car but the travel was straight forward. Our hosts Kate & George were lovely, very helpful & easy to contact. We would highly recommend this accommodation."

"We loved this hotel! It was so beautiful and felt so quaint. Staff was SO nice and made us feel at home right away. Food was amazing and the grounds were so pretty we thought about renewing our vows. So many great memories made there"

"We loved our time at the villa! What a beautiful home and grounds. Greeted by our host she gave us a guided tour of the home and the grounds and then took us to the local market for some groceries. That was so kind and one of the gardeners picked us up, which was so generous! He traveled by private car from the villa to Rome for our tours and days in the city. It was probably a 20 minute ride and totally worth staying in the beautiful countryside with all of gardens everywhere and a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Rome. We would absolutely stay here again! Temperature at the time was very high upper 90s and the home was very comfortable and pleasant! A must stay! And the sunrise out our window was exquisite!"

"We Loved the owner and her sister who runs The hotel which has a positive family vibe which you wouldn’t find at the big hotels. Friendliness was at the top of the agenda and we know we are spoilt because they understood and spoke perfect English. They gave us a map and knew everything about the area they live in and how to get to and from the city of Rome. "

"the place is very clean,quiet .great place for family stay.good customer service.the reception lady will happily answer all your queries. it's a bit far from tourist area. Metro station is 2min walk which is a plus.it's at least 30 minutes from the center so plan accordingly .i think not many good restaurants around the place if you are picky eater . i will stay there if i visit the area again.great hospitality and family -friendly "

"We were 11 people aged 6-68 who stayed for over a week in the Villa. Everyone except the grandfather wants to come back to the Villa. The grandchildren gave the Villa 8.5. Their parents gave the Villa 8. Grandma and Grandpa, who are more snobbish, gave the Villa 5 (out of 10 possible). The tennis court and outdoor play area were great (8-10). We thought the pool was heated but it wasn't - that was our mistake and at this time of year it was too cold for general use. All our children were happy and the purpose of the trip was therefore achieved."

"A stop on the via Francigena to room my room was in a block across the yard from hotel where the first floor appeared to be an apartment. Room very modern good WiFi but no hot water at four in the afternoon I needed a shower after a 23km walk. Didn’t have breakfast as wanted to be on the road in the morning. "

"I never complain so this review is a first for me. Room was gross, bed was awful, noisy room, jerk evening staffer told me no a/c needed in October when I complained about it not working, mugginess nearly dripping off the walls, no bathroom vent. Quite possibly the biggest dump I ever stayed at. Motel 6 would be considered a luxury hotel compared to this one. Make sure you’re up on your tetanus shots if you stay here."

"Excellent location, property manager was very prompt in replying to any questions or requests. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for peace and quiet but I also stayed in the off season."
