"I rented this beautiful villa as a celebratory getaway for a group of family and close friends. in terms of size, location, and amenities, it was absolutely perfect. The property was even more beautiful and larger than expected.From the moment of booking right through the check-out, our host Vanessa was warm, gracious, and helpful. She seemed to sincerely care that we enjoy ourselves, and that set the tone for our stay. This villa is large enough to allow people to have space to do their own thing comfortably. The pool was a centerpiece throughout our time there, but we made use of the entire grounds. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was a great meeting place and was perfect for a group. The location was a major plus for us. Bertinoro is lovely, and we also made use of nearby destinations: Cesena, Romania, San Marino and beyond.I honestly can't think of one thing that would have made our stay better. Every single person had a great time, and I am forever grateful to Vanessa for sharing her beautiful home with us. The only thing I didn't love is that I had to leave!"

"This is a clean, convenient place to stay right by the autostrada and we have stayed here several times. Each time we are greeted by friendly staff. The rooms are nice, very large, and always clean. They have a dedicated parking lot and a good restaurant is on the property as well. "

"This apartment was amazing. It was a beautiful apartment with a central location to the places we were traveling to. The apartment was as described in the information and the pictures were accurate. There were 5 of us yet we had plenty of space and privacy from each other. The host was the best part of the stay. He answered all of my questions via email promptly and was accommodating with the changes we made along the way. He met us at the apartment to explain everything we needed to know and responded quickly when we had questions. I can’t say enough about how great Marco was in making our trip extra enjoyable. I hope to be able to return there in the future"

"We came to Italy to compete at the Dragonboat Club Crew World Championships. We are a big team so having such a beautiful large and spacious accommodation made our experience very memorable. We could relax after a long day of competition and find many private areas when we were looking for solitude. I strongly recommend this property to any sports team looking for accommodation. We even hired a private chef to come every other night. Made our liver very convenient while the food was delicious."
