un sorriso ed un buongiorno

Hotel scelto basandomi solo sulle recensioni lette. Devo dire confermate a pieno. Buona struttura, in una buonissima posizione. La differenza assoluta la fa però l'accoglienza, precisa, puntuale, sincera, genuina e sorridente ...arrivare e trovare una persona che ti accoglie con un gran sorriso ti fa subito sentire "a casa" e nel posto giusto. Buona la colazione, buono il livello di pulizia, buona la camera. Non posso che consigliarlo

Relax a Cesenatico.

Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile alle varie richieste . Stanze dall'arredamento non meramente moderno, ma perfettamente pulite e con grande balcone con vista sul mare. Posizione ottima, di fronte alla spiaggia libera, ma é possibile trascorrere la giornata in uno dei bagni adiacenti, convenzionato con l'hotel, a un prezzo bassissimo. Consigliato soprattutto a famiglie con bambini, che vogliomo rilassarsi, dato il servizio di babysitting e animazione. Soggiorno positivo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Disorganizzazione ed incapacità di gestione

La nostra esperienza non può dirsi totalmente negativa, certo vi sono molti aspetti da puntualizzare: - la TV della camera non funzionava,non sono riusciti a risolvere il problema ne ci hanno dato alcun riscontro! Alle 22 ci hanno proposto di cambiare stanza. -sala colazione: siamo scesi per la colazione con il nostro cagnolino e ci siamo trovati davanti una persona totalmente a disagio perché immagino non sapesse come gestire la presenza del cane in uno spazio comune. Sarebbe bastato dire che non era ammesso nella sala colazioni, invece ci ha completamente ignorati e lasciati ad attendere un tavolo finché,sollecitata da me, si è rivolta alla collega chiedendole come fare. Quest'ultima ci ha assegnato un tavolo accanto all'uscita risolvendo l'imbarazzo! Unica nota positiva il cuoco, zelante e sorridente si occupava non solo della preparazione dei piatti per la colazione ma anche della gestione del buffet per sopperire alle mancanze della collega evidentemente inesperta ed impacciata. Da sottolineare che al momento del check out non ci è stato fatto pagare il parcheggio per scusarsi del problema della TV. Avrei preferito pagare ed avere un buon servizio. In generale l'hotel si presenta curato nella hall ma le stanze sono molto datate, la moquette della nostra stanza aveva diverse macchie e l'impianto di riscaldamento aveva il classico odore polveroso.

Troppo breve

Purtroppo siamo rimasti solo una notte, ma l'accoglienza e il servizio sono stati di nostro gradimento, l'albergo è un pò datato ma pulito. Ottima la colazione per qualità e quantità. Una sola pecca il parcheggio a pagamento....

Dipende da cosa cerchi ....

Hotel nel mezzo della "movida" di Cesenatico: Io mi sono trovato bene, ma è doveroso sottolineare che non è fatto per chi cerca tranquillità : In corrispondenza dell'Hotel c'è un bar-disco che fa sentire musica ad alto volume fino a notte fonda : ripeto che personalmente non mi ha disturbato,anzi, ma è bene che chi prenota lo sappia in anticipo .

Struttura datata, ma servizio molto buono

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Esplanade per un weekend. L'hotel è piuttosto vecchio nella struttura, ma le camere sono molto pulite. Dispone di una bell'area ristorante e di molti servizi per bambini (formo microonde, verdure bollite, brodo, omogeneizzati, etc...). Dispone inoltre di un servizio baby-sitting durante le ore dei pasti e un'ora al pomeriggio, molto comodo per chi viaggia con bambini.Il personale è molto disponibile e la posizione dell'hotel è ottima.

Midt på treet-hotell som befinner seg ca 15 minutters gange fra sentrum. 2 minutter fra stranda. Frokosten var i enkleste laget, så den kan lett droppes. Lite salat, ingen egg og bacon. Bare fint brød. Fin utebar på hotellet

Nice stay near the beach

We booked this hotel for a family stay in Italy. It is located right in the centre of the town less than a block away from the beach and an easy walk to explore the rest of the town. We had a great stay there, the hotel is not new and the decors a little dated but reasonably maintained and clean. The staff did not speak English but was very helpful and friendly.

Struttura datata ma tenuta decorosamente. Posteggio chiuso e coperto anche se 10 euro per una notte mi sembrano tanti! Climatizzazione stanza efficace e silenziosa. Buona la colazione al buffet. Assolutamente valido per brevi soggiorni, week end.

Hotel liegt nahe am Zentrum, dort wo das leben spielt. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man herrvorragende Pizzeria's.

Sehr sauber aber....

Das Hotel an sich war recht gut gepflegt hier und da ein paar Risse in den Fassade aber gut die stören ja nicht.Jedoch ist die Kommunikation mit dem Personal echt schwer da nur 1 angestellte schlechtes Deutsch spricht,mit Englisch kommt man auch nicht wirklich weiter.Die sauberkeit des Zimmers hat uns sehr beeindruckt.Die Isolierung der Balkontür dafür nicht da das Hotel direkt an "Partymeile" von Cesenatico liegt ist es auch nachts bis ca.2.30Uhr echt laut trotz geschlossener Tür.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist völlig ausreichend.Die Hotel eigene Garage auf der anderen Straßenseite ist sehr eng!! und sollte nicht mit einem NEU Wagen benutzt werden.

Trevligt familjehotel

Esplanade är ett hotel som bryr sig om gästerna. Det är nära till stranden och centralt till det mesta. De hjälpte gärna till om man hade frågor t ex hjälpa till att boka saker på engelska. De var vana att ha barn på hotelet.

Mäßiger Erhaltungszustand, sehr (!) laut in der Nacht

Gewählt wegen Lage (tatsächlich sehr gut) und Preis (ok), jedoch enttäuscht wegen minimaler Zimmergröße, schlechtem Erhaltungszustand (70er Jahre Kacheln im Bad, abblätternde Tapeten, Gestank im Schrank) und vor allem deshalb, dass in der Nacht *durchgehend* hoher Lärmpegel herrschte (aus den benachbarten Zimmern, von draußen von Autos, Motorrollern, Lokalgästen, Kehrmaschinen, Straßenreinigung, Müllabfuhr, etc.). Das war selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster und im 4. Stock nicht zu überhören. Gut, wenn man selbst Party machen will, aber schlecht beim Schlafen ... Das Personal war allerdings sehr freundlich und konnte z.T. gut deutsch.

E' un buon hotel da consigliare

L'hotel è molto buono se confrontiamo il rapporto qualità prezzo.Tra le altre cose, ci hanno regalato la colazione del giorno di arrivo.Sono tutti molto professionali (dalla reception alle cameriere)e questo da' un certo tono all'albergo. Ci ritornerei

We were on a tour of europe, this was one of the best hotels we stopped. Value for money good location friendly and helpful staff, room was good comfy and clean. Would have stayed longer but had to move on.
