"We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. "Clean, comfy bed, breakfast okay. Facility old, in need of renovation. Staff effecient, not engaging, english okay. Close to train station, overal it met our needs, and a couple of staff (Marie and Michal with pony tail) made extra efforts to help. "
