"The staff at Hotel Ruze were more than accomodating and kind. My partner uses a wheelchair and we were assisted every step of the way. And there were a lot of steps! Things that would have been helpful to know: the spa is downstairs, two sets of stairs. It’s gorgeous. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The Thai massages were excellent. "We arrived more than one hour before the regular check in time. The staff was very welcoming, and our room was ready for us to check in. Furthermore, a small plate of fruit beautifully presented was waiting for us. The room was tastefully decorated. The weather was near 33C, luckily our room has an air conditioner. The breakfast was good. The only minus of our stay maybe the noise of the air conditioner. But it didn't affect my sleep, and our stay here is among the most satisfying in our 30 day...

"Reaching the parking was tough. Very narrow roads. The room had lots of dust, which was irritating my eyes and throat constantly. It was really hot and stuffy. A portable fan was there but it was not enough for that kind of heat. Bathroom door does not close. The property was poorly lit. Receptionist was not helpful at all.
