The location is great. Parking is right on premise. Good breakfast. The only issue we had that I asked for a double bed and our room had 2 singe beds. I asked front desk person to change the room and the answer was “Things happen, this is how it will be”. He did not give us a different room. I can’t recommend this hotel because of this receptionist.

An address to keep in mind for our next trip

Well located for visiting the center, with (paid) parking spaces for guests. Rooms vary, the large one on 2nd floor we got was nice, with river views. Breakfast was fine.

Nice quaint hotel, good location

Lovely hotel, very pretty and nice location. Rooms very ornate and pleasant. Bed was a little uncomfortable - quite hard mattress and very thin pillow. Also very little breakfast. We went once at 7am and once at 9am and both times the hot food seemed to have run out!

Somewhat dated but nice property. Beds are very soft and tub/shower had no curtain or way of blocking shower water. Check-in staff could learn to advise wifi password at check-in....

Very poor experience. We made our reservation two months in advance and it was already paid, but upon arrival, it was not in the hotel’s system. After waiting over 20 minutes while they tried to locate it, they finally gave us a room key — but it turned out to be an occupied room. When we returned to the front desk, they offered us another room, but it was much smaller than the one we had booked, and they said it was the only one available. We had to change hotels that same night and lost our paid reservation. Fortunately, Hotels.com handled the situation professionally and issued a full refund, but the hotel’s poor organization and lack of accountability made the experience very stressful. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property is outdated. The rooms have very old interior and furniture. No water or coffee/tea in the room which was a surprise. Checkout is at 10 am. The sauna wasn’t available. Not worth it.

Goed gelegen hotel, maar alles is een beetje versleten tot versleten. Er is geen lift, en bagage opslag is de zithoek van de lobby. Deftige kamer met frigo, behalve dat je die niet in het stopcontact kon steken. Badkamer met douche in het bad.

朝食込、夕食はチェックイン時に追加できチェックアウト時に支払った。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれバスターミナルまでのタクシーも呼んでくれた。周辺施設への行き方を尋ねると丁寧に教えてくれスタッフの対応が良かった。大きい額の紙幣を両替したかったがそれはできなかった。古いかわいらしい外観で部屋から聖ヴィート教会が見え雰囲気は良かったが夜中もずっと15分おきに教会の鐘が鳴るので寝る時に気になったのと小さい窓だがカーテンはなかった。部屋のテーブルにベタベタしたコップの跡があり清掃状態が甘かった。

Gute Lage -

Das Hotel liegt vor den Toren der Altstadt. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Es gibt ein Hotel eigenen Parkplatz mit Gebühr. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, z.Bsp. war die Sitzfläche vom Stuhl schon durchgewetzt, die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Dennoch hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.
