"Very nice hotel in a great position just off the Main Street in Çeşme. The only thing I would say is take tea/coffee as a kettle and two cups but nothing else. A couple of glasses and a corkscrew would be helpful to have. The kitchen cupboards contain nothing ! "

"This hotel is about 6 minutes by taxi from ferry terminal, taxi fare 200TL which is a fixed rate from terminal to town. Marinda Otel is a family owned with only 6 or 7 rooms in a historical building at the entrance of the old town, next to the hotel is the castle/museum. The building has 3 stories, first floor is a souvenirs shop, the 2nd floor is the hotel and the owner lives on 3rd floor. The owner Engin is a very nice person; I really like him. Be sure to book the room with a balcony which has a view of the plaza, you can do people watching all day long. The room is big and comfortable, especially the hotel is at the entrance of the old town, you can buy all the souvenirs and the food you need. I will want to stay in this hotel again if I ever come back to Cesme. But if you have mobility problem then this hotel is not for you because it has some steps to climb."

"It has plenty of restaurants around and the market center is a 15 min walk away but the good beaches are far away enough that you have to go with a taxi "
