Verilen odaya oda demek imkansız. Kömürlükten veya ardiyeden bozma bir odaydı. Görselde gösterilen oda ve verilen oda cok farklıydı. Odanın kapısı kırıktı. Odanın tam altinda su deposu vardı ve sabaha kadar ses yapti. Otel genel anlamda fena değil ama verilen oda tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı.

Kafa dinlemek isteyenler için harika bir yer...

Otelin konumu şehrin biraz dışarısında ve çok güzel bir zeytin bahçesi içerisinde konumlanmış. Araç park sorunu yok ve yeşil alanlar gayet düzenli, Odalar aileyle kalmak için çok rahat tüm odaların çok güzel bir balkonu var ve şehir manzarasını görüyor, ferahlatıcı bir manzarası var. Otelin havuzu da çok güzel ortada ada şeklinde bir alan da gayet şık duruyor. Biz havuzu kullanmadık ama kullanmak isteyenler için temizliği her gün yapılıyor. gönül rahatlığıyla kullanılabilir. Aracınız ile gelirseniz 15-20 dk içerisinde gitmek istediğiniz beach'lerin hepsine rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Çeşme merkeze Alaçatı merkez arasında konumlanmış durumda her 2 tarafada rahatlıkla gidebilirsiniz.

Odaların temizliği 10 üzerinden 2. Odada ağır bir koku vardı. Yerler hiç silinmemiş gibiydi. Duvarlar örümcek ağlarıyla doluydu. Uc gun boyunca temizlik yapilmadi bari odaya girmeden once guzel bir temizlik yapılmış olmaliydi ama maalesef temizlik gerçekten kötü. Odalar fotoğraflardaki gobi degil vasat. Sabah kahvaltısı guzeldi ancak açık büfenin yaninda bulunan sıkma meyve sularının ve kahvenin ücretli olduğunu çıkış yaparken ogrendik. Kimse bize bunların ücretli olduğunu soylemedi. Fırın ustası beyfendi gayet ilgili biri teşekkür ederiz. Otelin doğal ortamı da güzel. Ancak yüksek potansiyele sahip bir otelin böyle kötü yonetilmesi garip. Tekrar tercih etmeyeceğiz maalesef.

Tam bir hayal kırıklıgı temizlik, sıfır. Klozetin içi kahverengi insan bi çamasır suyu döker. Belli ki çamasır suyu değmemiş bile. Bize verilen oda küçücük. bi tane küçük bir dolap, raf yok. Hersey eski. Eski olmasını geçin, son günün gecesi odamızdan fare çıktı. Yasadığımız durumu anlatmam imkansız. Otelde gece muhatap yok bi tane çocuğu koymuslar, durumumuzu anlatıyoruz umrunda değil, yanlıs görmüşsünüzdür deyip geçiştiren bir insan. Bize bir çözüm sunan yol gösteren yok, boş oda yok deyip basından sağdılar. Biz kendimiz odayı hemen boşalrıp baska otelde konakladık. Sabah ise, otele geldiğimizde, otelin sorumlusu oldugunu söylwywn bir beyfendi, bize olanlardan haberi oldugunu daha öncede böyle seylerle karşılastıklarını, doğanın içinde biryer olduğu için odadan fare cıkmasını çook normal karsıladığını belirtti ve söyledi. Adeta ağzım acık kaldı. Bize 1 gecelik konaklamayı almayacakşarını söylediler. böyle bir olayı normalleştirmeye calısması cok gülünç ve sasılası. Bir daha asla asla tercih etmem. Ayrıca kimseye de tavsiye etmiyorum!!!!!

odalar çok eski yatak diye , trans palet üzerinde yatak koymuşlar yerinden kaydı zor düzelttik jakuzili odada kaldık, jakuzi temiz ama eski idi, nozullarından 4 tanesi çalışıyordu kahvaltısı yeterli ama muhteşem değildi, kahvaltıda portakal suyu ve filtre kahveyi ekstra veriyorlar birer bardak aldık ikisine 120 TL para verdik havuza girmedik, görünüş itibariyle temiz gözüküyordu ama etrafında çok fazla kedi köpek dolaşıyordu emin olmadık arabasız giderseniz ulaşım büyük problem olur merkezden mesafe olarak yakın gözükse de çok sapa bir yerde

Vorsicht, von Sauberkeit ist hier keine Spur. Frühstück ist schrecklich, obwohl wir Halbpension gebucht haben, haben wir jeden Tag auswärts gegessen. Zimmer werden nicht geputzt, erst nach Aufforderung wird nur das nötigste geputzt. Handtücher sind fleckig und sollten ausgetauscht oder richtig gewaschen werden. Der Pool wurde nicht richtig gereinigt, sodass wir kein einziges Mal drinnen waren. Hier laufen vom Hotel aus 10-15 freilaufende Hunde rum, wer Allergiker ist sollte dieses Hotel meiden. Dieses sollte bei der Hotelbeschreibung betont werden. Als wir am Morgen auschecken wollten, war der Empfang nicht mal besetzt. Insgesamt arbeiten 5 Personen im gesamten Hotel, welche nur junge Männer waren.

Sessiz ve huzurlu

Jakuzili odalarda iki çift olarak 6 gece geçirdik. Rezervasyon esnasında belirttiğimiz yan yana oda isteğimiz karşılandı. Genel olarak otel sessiz ve huzurlu. Mekan ve ambiyans hoş. Memnun kaldık. Tabiki de eksiklikler mevcut. Çok daha iyi olabilir. Oda içleri temizdi. Çarşaflarda çok ufak bir iki leke vardı fakat bizim için sorun teşkil etmedi. Her gün odalarımız temizlendi. Lakin terasımız için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Orada ki yer minderlerine hiç gerek yok. Pisler çünkü. Jakuzimizde su kaçırma sorunu vardı. İlgilendiler fakat sorun çözülemedi. Biz su kaçırsa da kullanmak durumunda kaldık. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri gayet iyidi. Servis yapan personel çok ilgili ve kibar. Havuz temiz ve her gece bakımı yapılıyor. Fotoğraf çekinilecek çok hoş yerleri mevcut. Havuz ortasında ki adanın alt kısmını muhakkak kullanışlı ve görsel olarak iyi bir hale getirilmeli. Bir diğer önemli nokta havuz içinde pencereler mevcut. Çalışanların istirahat alanı herhalde. Mutlaka o pencereler yok edilmeli. Merkeze araçla gidip gelebilirsiniz. Yürünmez. Genel olarak iyi yorumu yapıyorum. Umarım daha çok gelişip daha iyi bi yer haline gelir. Bunu hak ediyor... iyi tatiller

İdeal

Otel gayet yeterli fakat konaklama sırasında ve tutulan oda ile alakalı problemler yaşandı.Örnek olarak jakuzili oda herşey dahil konsepti aldım.Fakat vardığımızda normal oda hazırlanmıştı bu büyük bi sorun değildi.Jakuzilerim oda dışında olduğunu görünce sevindim hatta ve aradaki fark geri ödendi.Ebubekir bey gerçekten çok ilgili müşterilere karşı fakat çalışanlar hakkında aynı şeyi söyleyemiyeceğim yemeklere gelirsek üst seviyelerde değil normal seviye fakat güzel akşam yemekleri diğer öğünlere göre daha güzeldi.Önemli bir tavsiye arabanız yok ise daha merkezi bi yer seçiniz.Herşey için teşekkürler kısmetse bir dahaki durak Kaş Barborassa olucak :)

We were doomed by misleading pictures on expedia … we has a booking till 14 th but we Left the hotel on 12th as it was unbearable..the hotel was absolutely mess … I don’t think they ever cleaned that horrible room.. we have killed 7, 1 inch diameter spiders and many insects .. my children were horrified .. towels were covered by ants … there were socks left from previous guests …. Bathroom was all mess.. there were no curtains in the room no privacy at all .. I had to use my daughter s hair clips to make a curtain out of towels and clothes.. they downgrade the room as the poolside room was double booked .. they gave us a cheaper room and Expedia did not return the money at all…in any case after a horror night in the second night with so many bugs my children could not sleep we left the hotel early morning on 12th .. Expedia should be careful on what advertising … I usually trust Expedia and this is the worst experience I had with Expedia … please feel free to ask photos

The staff were very friendly but really don’t know how to run a hotel. There were dogs wrestling and lying in the cushions, pooping on the grounds, my room smelled of animals poop and I left my rug outside. The photos on the internet greatly misrepresented the hotel.
