The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. The room was maintained properly and always clean. Breakfast was always fresh, especially the pastry was delicious. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

For a relaxing time, this place is amazing…! Private sandy beach… the hotel and the staff are great…! I highly recommend. The only negative point is that there is nothing much accessible by a walking-distance, the car is required. Other than that: wow! Quiet and lovely place!

Perfect

Management and service staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms are large, clean comfortable. Beach is sand and good for children also. We were three rooms (family meeting), everyone was very pleased with the hotel. We enjoyed so much and prolonged our stay, and decided to meet here everyyear. I highly recommend especially for families. Thank you Cocos the Club Team. We are already looking forward to having more happy days with you.

Helpful staff

Resort was beautiful and very clean. Staff always tried to be helpful. Unfortunately there was very little at the resort and it was very far away from anything else. Drinks felt overpriced. half the beach was under construction and the surrounding area. A shop on site would of helped a lot or even better evening facilities.

Sehr schöne Anlage, weitläufig und sauber. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen sauberen Strandabschnitt. Man konnte auch Wassersport Aktivitäten nutzen. Am besten hat uns aber die gepflegte Außenanlage mit dem vielen Grün gefallen. Das Frühstück war super. Man kann eigentlich nur loben.

Otele girişten çıkıncaya kadar karşılaştığımız tüm çalışanlar çok saygılı ve işlerini canla başla yapmaya çalışan çok gayretli insanlar. Tüm personeli tebrik etmek gerekir. Bu kadar iyi çalışanı bir araya getiren yetkilileri de kutlamak gerekir. Otelde sıkıntı yaratacak hiçbir şey yok. Bölgedeki en iyi üç otelden birisi olup tekrar gelmeyi düşündüğümüz bir yerdir. Buraya gelirken mevsimi ve denizin soğuk olabileceğini dikkate almak lazım. Havuz temizliği için numune alındığına şahit olduk. Sabah kahvaltısı; hem çeşitlerin fazlalığı hem de malzemelerin kalitesi olarak çok iyiydi. Yiyeceklerden numune alındığını gördük ve sağlık konusunda yetkililerin bu konuya da önem verdiğini görmüş olduk; kendilerine bunun için de teşekkür ederiz. Eleştirilecek tek yer restoran olabilir. Garsonlar son derece iyi niyetli, çok saygılı insanlar fakat sadece 5 kişi olmamıza ve restoranda başka kişi olmamasına rağmen verdiğimiz siparişler tam 60 dakikada geldi. Yemeklerin tadı güzel, bu konuda hiçbir şey denemez. Belki bir aksaklık olmuştur diye düşünüp nasıl olsa tatile geldik diyerek çok üstünde durmadık ve bir sonraki gün yine aynı yerde yemek yemeye karar verdik; ama yine restoranda başka kimse olmamasına karşın yemekler öncekinden daha da geç geldi. Otel ile ilgili olarak her şeyin güzel olduğu bir yerde otele gelmeyi düşünenlerin yemek için dışarıda bir yer düşünerek gelmelerinde fayda olabilir. Böylesine iyi bir otelde eminim yetkililer bu konuda da bir şeyler düşüneceklerdir.

Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig und in die Jahre gekommen. Ruhig ist es nicht, das Hotel liegt direkt neben einem Beach Club, dort läuft ab mittags laut Musik, der Beach Club besetzt den gleichen Strandabschnitt - um zur Sportschule zu gelangen laufen sie immer alle an den liegen vorbei.

Prachtige accomodatie, het zag er precies uit zoals op de foto’s. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en erg lief! Hatice kwam elke ochtend een praatje maken, was altijd positief en vrolijk! Evenals mostafa die elke ochtend water kwam brengen! Het complex is veilig, er is 24/7 beveiliging en het parkeren was ook gemakkelijk op het terrein. Het avondeten in het restaurant was helaas niet naar ons smaak, beperkt in keuze en best prijzig, de snacks op het strand waren wel lekker. Zeker een aanrader om tot rust te komen. De accomatie zit vlakbij de marina en op 10 min rij afstand van alacati centrum. Kortom zeker een aanrader! 👌

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal im „Cocos the Club“. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit, insbesondere möchten wir Herrn Bilgi hervorheben, der unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gestaltet hat. Allerdings gibt es im Bereich der Zimmerhygiene noch Verbesserungspotenzial, hier sollte mehr Sorgfalt walten. Wir hoffen, dass dieser Punkt in Zukunft optimiert wird, damit wir auch weiterhin gerne wiederkommen.

Vi bodde i et rom med privat basseng i 3 netter. Rommene var veldig rene og fine. Heldigvis brukte vi det private bassenget alene fordi det ikke var noen som bodde i de andre 3 rommene, normalt deler 4 rom det private bassenget. Frokostalternativene er tilstrekkelige og det er gode alternativer, servitørene bringer og frisker opp drinkene dine. Stranden var veldig ren og vannet var veldig klart og vakkert, det var nesten ingen steiner. Jeg anbefaler det til alle.

Kötü deneyim. Paramızı yaktık ve çıkış yaptık.

Yorumların sahte olduğunu düşünüyorum. Otelden memnun kalmadık bir gün erken çıktık. Havuz ve havlular temiz değil. Kahvaltı vasat. İletişim dilleri çok kötü. Bir gün daha kalmak istemedik ve ödemesini yaptığımız halde çıkış yaptık. Müşteri memnuniyetinden o kadar uzaklar ki çıkış yaparken “neden erken cıkıyorsunuz bir sorun mu vardı” diye sormaktan bile imtina ediyorlar. Musa beyin iletişimi ise yüzlerce tatilim arasında gördüğüm en kötüsüydü
