Not baby friendly

The welcome was good although barely any English from the owner so it made it difficult. We had requested two baby cribs and the hotel never confirmed to us. When we arrive no cribs available so we slept there one night only as it was too difficult two stay the second night with our baby twins. The welcome was very nice but it is a shame they do not have baby foldable beds. Only hotel on our trip in Turkey where they could not provide this. We were supposed two stay two nights but left after one. It is very well located to explore alacati by foot! Alacati is amazing!

Fiyata göre çok yetersiz

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Ancak çok eski bir otel, kesinlikle tadilat gerekli. Havlular çok yıpranmış, fazlasıyla incelmiş. Klozet kapağı kırıktı. Camın birinde stor perde yoktu, muhtemelen kırılmış ve yapılmamış. Bu durumu söylediğimde “yüksektesiniz (1. Kat), sizi kimse göremez” cevabını aldım. Kapılar eski tip, sessiz açmak ve kapamak mümkün değil. Odalarda şampuan ve terlik yok. Bunun sebebini “sürdürülebilir çevre” kapsamında bakanlık tarafından getirilen bir yasak olarak açıkladılar. Yataklar gerçekten çok konforsuz. Mobilyalar çok eski. Sırf konumu için tercih etmiştik ama bu kadar kötü beklemiyorduk. Fiyat olarak hiçte ucuz değil. Bu sebeple fiyata göre çok yetersiz. Kesinlikle güzel bir tadilata ihtiyacı var. Kahvaltıya gelince gerçekten iyiydi. Neredeyse yok yok. Lezzetleri enfesti. Otelin en iyi yanı kahvaltısı ve konumu.

İyi Yanları: Genel anlamda memnun ayrıldık. Öncelikle konumu çok iyi. Fiyatı da civardaki otellere kıyasla çok uygundu. İyi niyetli ve ilgili yaklaşıma sahip insanlar işletiyor. Kahvaltı yeterli. Göz boyamak için, çeşit olsun diye, masaya konmuş olmak için konulmuş kalitesiz bir ürün yoktu. Masaya gelen şeyler kalite ve lezzet olarak kendimiz ve çocuğumuza rahatlıkla yedirebileceğimiz şeylerdi. Odayı temiz bir şekilde teslim aldık. Sıcak su yeterliydi. Oda genişliği yeterliydi. İki çocuk iki yetişkin rahat bir şekilde konakladık. Geliştirilebilecek Şeyler: Kışın belki koyuyorlardır ama şu anda pike üstüne serilmiş yün battaniyeler yerine her müşteri için yeniden nevresimlenmiş yorgan kullanmaları misafirlerini daha konforlu hissettirecektir. Havalar hala serinken pike ve yün battaniye üst üste uyumak konfor ve hijyen anlamında iyi hissettirmiyor. Belki istesek yorgan verirlerdi, istemedik. Başka misafirler de belirtmiş, havlu asacak yer yok. Yine dolap kulpları kırık. Basit tadilatlar bunlar, çözeceklerdir diye düşünüyorum. Muadillerine göre oldukça uygun bir fiyata konakladığımızın bilincindeydik, o sebeple bunları sorun etmedik. Sonuç olarak: Güvenilir, genel anlamda temiz bir ortamda, Alaçatının en güzel, merkezi konumlarından birinde oldukça uygun fiyata konakladık. Konfora aşırı düşkünseniz sizi tatmin etmeyebelir ama alaçatıdaki otellerin çoğunda zaten zincir otellerin oda/yatak konforu yok. Düşük bütçe ayrılmış bir haftasonu tatili için ideal bir otel.

Beklentinin Üstünde Bir Hizmet Deneyimi

Konumuyla, temizliğiyle, güler yüzlü hizmetiyle biz çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle kahvaltısı butik otellerin kahvaltısının çok üstünde bir serpme kahvaltı, sadece kahvaltısı için bile tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.
