We loved our stay at Rasim Palas. Even though we don’t speak Turkish, we were made to feel welcome by all of the staff who were kind and attentive. The property itself is beautiful and in a quiet part of Ilica right by the sea. The room was large with high ceilings and good amenities. We hope we can stay again!

We stayed at your hotel in Room 09 for 5 nights during the holiday, and would like to share our impressions — with genuine appreciation for the beauty and potential of your property. First of all, the room was spotless, peaceful, comfortable, and had a wonderful view. We also appreciated the professional housekeeping team, the well-organized beach area, and the kind assistance we received with laundry service. Special thanks to Ms. Dilek at reception, who was extremely helpful and the only fluent English speaker we encountered.🙏 --- Service Team & Training The young staff were polite and tried their best, However, they were placed in situations that exceeded their training and experience — leading to repeated, yet entirely preventable, service issues. Most of these could easily be addressed with basic hospitality training and closer supervision. We asked in Turkish for “two servings” to share a meal, but no extra plates were given — only utensils. By the time plates arrived, the food was cold. My English-speaking spouse requested a “fork and spoon,” but the staff member didn’t understand. So he opened the drawer and get them by himself. One young inexperienced person delivering laundry entered our room with a key without knocking — a serious privacy concern. Basic hospitality training and supervision would easily prevent these issues.

Girişte bizi gayet iyi karşıladılar, odalar oldukça büyük, çok temiz di. Giriş yağtığımız günden çıkış yapana kadar tlf bozuktu, bir şey ihtiyaç olunca lobiden kendimiz aldık, eşim rahatsızlandığı için beyaz peynirli tost istedik önce yoğunluktan yapmıyoruz dediler sonra tost makinemiz yok dediler. Çok beklentiniz yoksa gidilebilir.

Çocuksuz tatil için mükemmel,masal gibi bir otel:)

Mekan ile ilgili yorum bile yapmaya gerek yok,olağanüstü,orjinaline sadık kalınarak odalar yenilenmiş. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Sezon sonu olduğu için restaurant kapalıydı o yüzden yorum yapamayacağım ama kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Otelin önünden denize girmek istemezseniz de Ilıca plajı 3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Çocuksuz tatil yapmak isteyenler için mükemmel bir opsiyon. Otel müsait olduğu için odamızı upgrade etmek gibi de bir nezaket gösterdiler,onun için de ayrıca teşekkürler.

Otel görsel olarak ve kendi özel plaj şezlong şemsiye imkanı açısından güzel. Ancak yalıtım sorunlu. Odalar çok ses alıyor. 1.kattaki odamızda alt kattaki kahvaltı servisinde görev alan çalışanların seslerini duyarak uyandım. Çalışanların suçu değil otelin ses yalıtımı kötü. Onun dışında bir sorun yaşamadım. Ayrıca Check-in’e kadar plajı kullanmamızı sağladılar o nedenle teşekkür ederim.
