"Super nice hotel! Great hotel. Everything was nice. I would surely choose it again next time I visit Alaçatı . Great location, great service, Very friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you Rupa 💕

Das Personal ist nicht gut ausgebildet. Kaum erreichbar. Alles musste man hinterfragen. Zudem hatten wir die ersten 2 Nächte kein Wasser. Bzw. Nur kaltes Wasser und nur Tröpfchen. Also duschen war unmöglich. Einen Abend gab es kein Strom nur in unserem Zimmer. Haare föhnen und fertig machen mussten wir uns im Treppenhaus. Das geht garnicht. Das Hotel an sich sieht sehr schön aus aber nochmal buchen würden wir es auf keinenfall.

İlk gün gittiğimizde rezervasyonu teyit etmeme rağmen oda temizlenmemişti. 30 dakika odaya girmek için bekledik. Çok temiz olduğunu söyleyemiyorum. Oda beklediğimizden de küçüktü. Kahvaltıdan memnun kaldık yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Konum olarak çok iyiydi. Alaçatı merkeze 6-7 dakika yürüme mesafesi. Otoparkı olması da tercih etme sebeplerimiz arasındaydı.

Harika bir otel kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum

Tasarım olarak harika otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren atmosfer çok hoşumuza gitti :) çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü samimi bir ortam vardı.Havuzu çok temiz havuz başında keyifli vakit geçirdik :)Alaçatı merkeze yakın temiz ve keyifli bir otel, otopark için alan var.Aynı zamanda hayvan dostu otelde çok tatlı bir köpek ve yavruları ve kedileri vardı kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacağız her şey için teşekkürler :)

Temizlik çok daha iyi olabilirdi. Banyo ve tuvalet su kaçırıyordu. Kahvaltı resimde görünenden daha zayıftı. Unlu mamül olarak sadece ekmek vardı. Odalar genel olarak konforluydu. Personel azdı. Sanırım sezon sonu olduğu için az kişiyle işler yürütülüyor ama personeller kibardı. Wifi var denildi fakat üst kattaki odalarda çekmiyordu, bu hizmetten yararlanamadık. Otelin mimarisi ve konumu çok güzel.
