Amazing property with great facilities. The hotel sits right on Ilica Beach, which is easily the best beach in Cesme and one of the nicest on the Aegean coast. The natural soft sand and shallow, calm water make it especially great for families with kids. The food at Swissotel is really good although definitely on the expensive side. Breakfast is a highlight , the buffet is excellent with a huge variety of choices. Overall Swissotel is by far the best resort-style hotel in Cesme. The service is attentive, the hotel feels brand new after being completely renovated from the former Sheraton, and the location is hard to beat.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Swissôtel Resort & Spa Çeşme, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and our room was remarkably spacious, offering plenty of room to unwind without feeling cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable with high-end linens, ensuring a deep and restful sleep every single night. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It is massive and truly amazing, featuring literally everything imaginable to satisfy any morning craving. The outdoor amenities are equally impressive. Both the pool and beach areas are pristine, and unlike many resorts where you have to rush out at dawn just to secure a lounger, we loved that there was easy access to comfortable chairs at any time of the day. Overall, it delivered a wonderful, relaxing experience for our couple's getaway, and we would happily return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Swissôtel Resort & Spa Çeşme. From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, elegant, and very well maintained, with such a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful clean beach. Everything from the service to the overall experience felt high quality and thoughtfully done. What really stood out to us, though, was the hospitality. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely cared for and comfortable throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and left with such a positive impression. If you’re visiting Çeşme and looking for a beautiful hotel with exceptional service and warm hospitality, I would absolutely recommend Swissôtel. We would happily stay here again!

Lovely new, clean, modern hotel with loads of pools and kids club, spa, beautiful beach…. Not much to do outside the hotel, but short distance taxi ride would take you to the busy party part of the Alacati.

My entire family of 12 loved the hotel. Has two indor swimming pools, Sauna, turkish bath and thermal pools. The private beach was great for swimming or just simply catching some rays. The rooms have a great beach view and are spoptless. Every memmber of the staff working at the hotel were kind, helpful and will walk the extra mile to help you with any need or ensure your comfort. We loved it and we will go back in a hearty bit!

The hotel is really good. We used the pool and thermals and Turkish bath and it was really clean and enjoyable. It was a bit chili outside so we couldn't use outdoor pool and beach but it seems like a very good beach for summer time.

Amazing location and very clean rooms. Great breakfast. Sadly, service lacked professionalism and traditional Turkish hospitality. Among the staff, only Gizem went out of her way to help guests. Very good beach but not really private as it is full of trespassers and even dogs with all the sanitary concerns involved. Excellent newly renovated spa. Thermal pools offer a unique experience and are worth regular visits. Massage treatments are superb as well. Prices for food and drinks are unnecesarily excessive. There is no need to raise prices so much if one expects guests to be return.

Service needs work

We booked 4 rooms at the hotel. One corner suite and 3 sea rooms. We have emailed the hotel several times to provide us with a connecting room for my mother as she requires medical help but they just ignored us. Upon arrival, they informed us that the connecting rooms are taken (I wonder who needed those rooms more than us- we know it needs reassigning rooms but it should have been doable as we made the request ahead of time). Basically the receptionist offered us no choice saying that the hotel was fully booked. During our stay, the laundry was out of service, the elevators lost electricity a few times and they forgot to clean our room for several nights. It’s clear the hotel staff aren’t able to handle the load. On the positive side, the guest services staff were impeccable. They went out of their way to help and make things happen. It’s as if they were trained separately from the other staff. The hotel is also new and beautifully decorated. Note: the hotel is on the windy side of town so the water was different from the other beach clubs but the breeze if you’re not swimming is an advantage. Also, You can walk around to local shops but the main areas need a car. Overall, I would come back, but I’m hoping the staff will be better trained at the time

AC in the room would go off every time we opened the balcony door which is normal. However, it would not restart after closing the door. We had to call the reception every single time for them to restart it from their end. Our room did not get cleaned one day during our stay despite calling the housekeeping and had to ask one of the employees cleaning other rooms for clean towels, water, etc.
