A house steeped in history! Dependence on a former coaching inn in the 1800s, and partially destroyed during the Great War, it took 5 years of work and dedication to its owner to give it a second life. We wanted to keep the "old" character with the Caen stone, adding a contemporary touch.
We will be happy to welcome you to this haven of peace, calm and serenity.
A stone's throw from your cottage, Normandy Switzerland with its leisure centers offering activities such as hiking, canoeing or fishing. On foot, by paraglider or by bike, you can discover, by
following the route of a greenway, the landscapes that make this region a unique place.
For your outings, our cottage is located less than half an hour from downtown Caen, known for its 100 steeples, its cultural heritage, its memorial, its restaurants, and its warm evenings.
The trip can continue on the landing beaches, for an appointment with history, while enjoying a getaway in the seaside centers, and the various nautical activities offered by the Normandy coast.
As of the opening of the grid, you reach a case of greenery, rocked by the song of the birds.
At the end of the paved alley, a staircase leads you to a terrace suitable for outdoor dining in good weather.
    Once you have crossed the large picture window, you have access to the living area, which extends to a fully equipped open kitchen.
On the same landing a corridor distributes a bedroom, with a double bed, a WC, and a shower.
By taking the internal staircase, you access a large space much appreciated by children with a junior bed and a King size bed.
