"If you're happy to stay out of town but within easy reach of the centre, this is a good place to stay for a short visit to Rennes. The apartment was simply furnished but immaculately clean and had all we needed. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, secure underground parking was a bonus, and we had a friendly and informative welcome from Marie-Chrystelle. "Excellent location for our travels around France via train. 100 m to Gare de Rennes and 200 meters to Bus station. Several restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. Very close to the historical areas. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good, as restaurants were very nearby. "

"Having seen this property under renovation for a while, we were curious to see the result, which is pretty impressive. The property includes the hotel, restaurant, roof-top bar, spa, pool, reception rooms, and a large inner courtyard. The design is creative and staff are very professional. Not sure about the use of space in our room, but the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning much appreciated in the summer heat."

"This hotel was perfect for my partner and I because it has a large carpark and is near the ring road. We were driving through France so it was an ideal base to stop in Rennes. We had to get a taxi into the city to explore it, but that was fine for us. It is a clean, well equipped and comfortable hotel and it's great value. The massive shopping centre nearby is a plus, but I would not visit this area of the city if you want to experience the culture and nightlife of Rennes."
