Beautiful house with pool situated on a hill right next to the forest, in a quiet and peaceful location.



Relax in the Croatian-Slovenian border region, surrounded by orchards and vineyards with views of the hills and unspoilt nature. This beautiful and rustic country house exudes charm and offers plenty of space for your extended family. Make yourself cosy by the tiled stove, play cards at the dining table and conjure up delicious dishes in the country kitchen. There is also a lovely outdoor kitchen with a brick barbecue on the covered terrace. Here you can round off cosy evenings after spending the day in and around the pool and relaxing in the sauna in the house.



The surrounding area has a lot to offer. You live near the Drava, which is the ideal area for fishing enthusiasts. You can also visit Lake Omroka and enjoy a refreshing dip in the water. For lovers of active tourism, there are numerous cycling and hiking trails where you can enjoy the facets and beauty of the landscape. Visit the town of Varadin, which has a rich cultural and historical heritage, and enjoy numerous restaurants in the area with a rich offer of dishes and wines.

Goede ontvangst door de eigenaars, ze zijn ook heel bereikbaar indien je vragen (of problemen) hebt.Wat niet vermeld staat in de beschrijving is dat er ook een wasmachine, droogkast, tafelvoetbal en dartstoestel (horeca) beschikbaar is. Voorzie misschien enkel iets wat wat schaduw geeft aan het zwembad (parasol, schaduwdoek) want dat is niet voorhanden.We hebben er drie weken verbleven met 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Het is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor het noorden van Kroatië en Slovenië.Zeker een aanrader!!!
