"Excellent spa facilities and a lovely position just outside but overlooking Asiago and the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking. Can walk into the town on an (unlit) country track in about 15minutes , longer if by the main road. Comfortable room lacking a fridge and water heater, which would usually be normal for a 4 star hotel. "

"The room was very dusty, no soap for the shower in the bathroom and breakfast was terrible. Same pie every day, when i say same means the exact same one, for 4 days. The only reason i gave 2 stars and not one was that one of the young receptionist was very helpful."

"Stayed for one night during a business trip. Fairly basic room but clean. Staff did not speak good English but we managed. Beautiful location and very good food in the restaurant. "

"Very nice people. Attention was great, breakfast too. The room was pretty dated and carpet stained all over. However the rest seemed clean. Although the towels were also very old and could use an upgrade. Shower head was handheld only. Good parking on premises."
