"I had a really wonderful stay! The location was nice and quiet. It was also a relatively short walk to the train station. The staff at the reception desk was super helpful and accommodating, I would definitely stay here again!"

"The grounds and rooms were clean and inviting, they have outdoor space to sit outside in shade and sun. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately it was cold and raining. The bus stop is about 4 blocks away which will take you right to the train station and downtown. (bus 17) validate your ticket on the bus there is a machine. There are some restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at hotel was great lots of options. Dinner menu for me was not my type of food. Very upscale options and sometimes I just wanted something simple. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay again. "

"The property was in a very nice location with easy walking to cafes and can walk to historic Florence. Rosey, the staff on hand, was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again."
