"The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. However the hallway on the 4th floor had an extremely bad smell.tge boat is looking a bit tired, needs a good cleaning and some upgrades. The spa was good, and the staff there was also amazing. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of options and fresh food. Not sure if the quality reflects the price"

"Great views from our Junior Suite and we loved the pool and bar. Breakfast was good and service excellent. This is not a new hotel and it does show a bit around the edges however it is popular and we very much enjoyed our stay."

"Nice hotel in a good location, lots of history. Parts of the hotel and rooms require maintenance and updating. Food was good, we had an evening meal and breakfast and choices and quality were pretty good. Overall the hotel is clinging on to 4* status but but still good value for money. We found the staff in every part of the hotel to be polite and friendly and professional."
