"We absolutely loved our stay, I was in awe by the beautiful property. The staff were very nice, they even did a welcome champagne pop for all guests checking. The room was spacious and clean, we had an amazing view overlooking the beach and pool. Unfortunately, we missed that breakfast was included and didn’t have a chance to use that service. "Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities. "

"The suite was ample but although we were 4 and had to wait for the check in time to have the room ready, the second bed was not even done yet. Everything else other than that detail was good, easy location and a lot of green around. Good location if you are visiting Gibraltar"
