Fully fenced detached house, on 2 levels. On the ground floor: entrance, living room-kitchen with access to covered terrace and garden, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) with private bathroom (shower and toilet) and access to terrace, laundry room, toilet, wellness area (2-seater sauna and 4-seater spa). On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 with bathroom (shower) and terrace and 1 with bathroom (bathtub) (1 double bed 160x200 cm in each bedroom, TV in each bedroom). 2 parking spaces in the tarmac courtyard, garage for bicycles and skis. Ideal for discovering the valley between Albertville and Tarentaise, the Suites de Napoléon are located in the immediate vicinity of the main roads leading to renowned ski areas and the Tarine valleys. The house is very comfortably furnished, with its 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, its wellness area, its landscaped garden, its 2 terraces. Everything has been designed for a cozy and relaxing stay. An ideal address for wanderers! At the crossroads of valleys and massifs, between Tarentaise, Beaufortain and Lauzière, Les Suites de Napoléon offer a prime location for exploring the surrounding ski areas in the summer on a hike or bike ride, or in the winter to discover the surrounding ski areas (Grand Domaine, Les 3 Vallées, Paradiski, etc.). 10 km from the Thermes de la Léchère, 20 km from the Olympe de Brides les Bains gondola to Méribel, 22 km from the Grand Naves Nordic area, 24 km from Valmorel and 13 km from the Olympic city of Albertville, Cevins is a town backed by Beaufortain. 2 km from the town centre there are a few shops (bakery, bar, restaurant, etc.).
