"The staff were friendly, and it was very central. This is 3 star so some of the amenities were a bit basic (uncomfortable bed but good pillows). Things that could have helped were chairs for the balcony, stronger overhead light bulb in the main room, toaster at breakfast). Convenient for one night."

The food was amazing and home cooked … delicious.. happily catered for my food intolerances , which was wonderful. Great breakfast too. Location … wow … gorgeous, with the added benefit of seeing the Glacier Express pass by ! Fully recommend this hotel . "

Easy stroll from station (7-8 minutes, with luggage), immediate access to all- old town, restaurants, funicular to Madonna del Sasso etc, ferries for lake trips,. Staff totally helpful and engaging. Great stay for three nights before stunning train trip to Domodossola ."
