"We had a very enjoyable week here. We found the house charming, especially the lovely tree-shaded terrace. We thought the interior comfortable and well equipped. The host gave us a lovely welcome including cold drinks – much appreciated. To walk in nature straight off the property was also a big bonus. However in terms of peace and isolation, we found the noise of the A50 main road in the valley hard to ignore at times, and also the neighbours (in new-build properties nearby) were both visible...
