"They had a good breakfast buffet. I needed a chair in my room and the staff went out of their way to locate one for me."

"Les chambres sont plutôt grandes, la literie est bonne et le linge, la sale de bain et les toilettes sont propres. L'accueil et les échanges avec les salariées est super. Par contre, la porte des toilettes était vraiment sale (plein de coulures marron...?!?) et le rideau occultant était plus petit que la fenêtre, ce qui fait que je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit en raison de la lumière extérieure. Il n'a pas été possible de me changer de chambre, et il n'y a eu aucune compensation sur le prix malgré ces désagréments"

"Overall, my stay was good in many ways. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the Wi‑Fi worked very well throughout my visit. The location was excellent — having supermarkets by the station across the road was handy, and being right opposite the train and bus station made travelling to tourist attractions and the airport very easy. The reception team was a mixed experience; some staff were warm and welcoming, while others were not as friendly. The biggest inconvenience was that my key card failed every day, meaning I had to go back down from the 4th floor repeatedly to get it reactivated. Despite this issue, the stay had several positives."

"Very simple but logical layout of the room. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. There was a nice view from my balcony into the harbor and it was reasonably priced. A perfect one night stay for me."

"Was upgraded to a newly refurbished partial port view room. Staff were efficient but not very warm had to ask for a printed map. Buffet breakfast was expensive better value to head to lovely square the road behind the hotel which offered lots of options. Hotel was a very convenient location and would stay there again. "
