"This is one of the best resorts I've been in Thailand. The hotel is beautiful and the service is top notch. I had an issue the first night as the bed was too soft but they quickly fixed it the next day by removing a soft pad on top of the mattress. Our room had a great ocean and pool view. "The staff were very helpful and extremely courteous. Our room was large and well furnished with comfortable bed and sofa. Pool area large with lots of loungers. We had a very enjoyable stay. Just a bit too far away from restaurants and convenience stores unless you have your own transportation."

I don't like the crowds and traffic of Hua Hin. Having a car, i have access to Hua Hin, but can enjoy the serenity of Cha Am which has several lovely quiet family owned beach side seafood restaurants nearby.

If you are looking for a reasonably quiet area right across the road from the beach, this is a good area, but if you like to go shopping and stay out and party, there's not too much there to do. It's best to have motorcycle or car
