"I stayed here for a short layover and it was such a breath of fresh air! For such a short stay (layover was 11 hours) I felt at home immediately. The bed was so comfortable, the lobby and room were beautifully decorated as well. The only issues that I encountered were for food delivery and room service. Room service took 30 mins to deliver a glass of wine, and food delivery seemed to have a difficult time entering for delivery. Less upset about delivery (I know hotels have different rules/policies) but 30 minutes for a glass of wine is too long in my opinion. "

"The property is very conveniently located. We stayed there both the night before and after a trip to Bhutan. The room was great - comfortable and clean and a welcome change from Bhutan. The spa is beautiful and the treatments fantastic - best message of my life and I have had a lot. Japenese restaurant very good. Overall, a great hotel. "
