"The fire pit was awesome until people decided to smoke and vape. Staff were not motivated. Couldn’t enjoy the pool because a sporting team was in there and no room. Nice hotel just lacking management."

"I would of given this place 5 stars but the room was very very small complete deceive from photos they posted - we have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years and never had a problem - they would not rectify it - unfortunate The positives are they are very friendly , place is very clean, food at Trax is amazing and food at their dining area is really good"

"Pool was closed and the manager was SO rude when we spoke to him about it. When we explained that we proposely got a hotel with a pool for our sons birthday- he said “you didn’t pay for the pool, you paid for the room and you’re room is fine.” So so rude and upsetting."
