"Never ended up staying there, the a/c in the room was not working, there was 2 fans placed in the room but the room temp remained 80 degrees. The desk clerk was very apologetic and found me a room at a sister hotel across the plaza! She was amazing!"

"May 11-13, 2026: We miss the 4:00 pm tea time that used to be at this hotel. The staff person said we could turn on the coffee maker and get hot water. Still not the same as tea time used to be, with cookies. Also the hotel had already switched the room temperature control to cooling. However, our RM 104 room was cold. They did give us a small space heater for our 3 day stay after we mentioned we were cold in the room. Finally, the Continental breakfast is medium rated. Pancake batter container was low level and should have been refilled. The hotel is well located for Chadds Ford attractions. I think the draw to customers could be improved by adding back 4 pm tea time and adding more breakfast options. "

"We love this property. We have stayed every year the last 3 years and will continue to come back. The staff is always great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, fitness center and bar/restaurant. It is close to highways and shopping. Can't ask for more!"
