Private entrance with circular driveway and plenty of off street parking. The door has a keypad lock - when booking, we’ll send your code prior to your arrival. There are no steps at the entrance or throughout. When gate at driveway entrance is closed, the large half acre yard is completely enclosed. Gentle pets are welcome!

You will enter the unit into the living space with equipped kitchenette, dining table, TV and sitting area. The TV is a 60” smart HDTV. The WiFi name and password are on a card in the living area. A perfect place to relax, enjoy a favorite movie and catch up with friends.

The kitchenette has an under counter refrigerator, microwave, counter top convection oven, keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffee supplied, electric frying pan, crockpot, toaster and blender. Note: there is no built in oven or dishwasher. Pans, plates, utensils, cups, glasses, sugar, creamers, cooking spray, napkins and paper towels are supplied. A full size refrigerator is in the room off the kitchen. Your grill with propane supplied is on your patio. Grill utensils are in the kitchen drawer.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and one with a two beds, a queen and a double bed. Each bedroom has a closet, drawer space and beds are made with freshly laundered sheets and have extra pillows. Each bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan. An IPad to control heat and AC temperature in the unit is on the kitchen counter. The house has a backup generator that supplies electricity throughout in case of a power outage.

The bathroom is large and beautiful. There are plenty of bath towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap is supplied. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet.

The laundry room has a large washer and dryer with laundry soap supplied. An iron, ironing board, folding chairs and tables are in the storage space off the laundry room.

Please note that we have 2 dogs and 2 cats upstairs. Occasionally you will hear them running across upstairs or the dogs, sometimes bark. We’ve added rugs upstairs to reduce pet sounds or footsteps upstairs.

The outside pool is heated between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Theres a patio and grill, yard and long driveway with ample parking. When the entrance gate is closed, the half acre yard is completely fenced in.
