"Very nice , clean , friendly staff . Is in front of the beach , but you can not swim in that beach is red flag . No se puede nadar en esa playa , el hotel está limpio y renovado , muy amables y con spa , si quieres nadar en el mar tienes q ir a otra playita cerca . Mi recomendación al hotel es q le pongan a las escaleras barandal para sostenerse cuando subes y bajas las escaleras porque el elevador es muy pequeño y en tiempo de lluvia si se va la luz no funciona. Muy agradable "

"This is an amazing condo rental and we will definitely stay here again in the future. The condo itself is as advertised - very comfortable, very clean and contains everything you need to make a home for a week. The location is wonderful - short walk to the beach, pool clubs, restaurants and the grocery store. And if it’s too hot to walk, very easy to flag down a taxi. The property managers were excellent and very helpful if we had any questions. "
"I had called the hotel to let them know I wouldn’t be checking in at the said time and the receptionist was very kind and said since we’re communicating we wouldn’t have to worry and the room will be there. Upon arrival she was the receptionist that worked the afternoon/night shift was very kind and loved her. She even recommended taking cabs and informed me they take you to the local beaches and the “Centro” (la Crucecita) for 40 pesos. The pool is kid friendly and with large families there too. You can definitely feel the family lovely environment. They would clean the rooms daily and brought new towels and staff was very kind. My waitress was also an absolute pleasure she even remembered my partner's order and mine which made the stay even better. Once again huge shoutout to the lady receptionist from the mid-day shift! And the waitress!! "

"The Condo was very nice and clean. When we arrived, the hosts greeted us at the front entrance and showed us the condo. They provided their numbers so we could contact them for anything. They were very nice and welcoming. They provided a binder with lots of info on activities and food spots and other info. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. Rooms were spacious. Several items were provided such as drinking water, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry supplies, towels and many more items. We only needed to buy snacks and drinks. There is a full kitchen but we didn't do any cooking. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at the condo. It has been well taken care of and maintained. "
