"This was our second holiday here and once a lovely relaxing and peaceful time in a beautiful location. The heated pool is wonderful and it's great to have aircon in the property for those extra hot days. Simon and his team always respond quickly to any requests. Highly recommended!"

"The house is very welcoming and deceptively spacious and rambling and set in a very quiet and peaceful area. We had mixed weather so used the pool AND the sitting room woodburner and they were both great. The games room was used when family joined us for a few days and it was really good.Unfortunately the restaurant in the village was closed when we were there (unexpected road works) which was a disappointment and the specialist boulangerie was also shut for a week but we found places to eat locally and supermarkets for shopping. "

"We had an amazing week at Nadelin. Amazing little house in a truly beautiful location. We visited with our son and girlfriend, both 17. Such a peaceful setting, but walking distance to Aubeterre and Bonnes. Our host Dominique was wonderful, and it was lovely to meet her family and share a glass of wine at the pool. I wish we had 2 weeks instead one!!! So much more to see and do, both at the farm and in Aubeterre. Would come back in a heartbeat"

"The property was very well located, being close to the town of Chalais with a decent size Intermarche and Monday market. It was situated at the head of a farm track leading into fields of corn and sunflowers. The gite was spacious and clean and the bedrooms comfortable. It was good to have 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed using the swimming pool and our youngest liked the swing in the tree! We had lots of BBQs. Only small niggle was that we were unable to find the toaster? Also not enough mugs, we bought some cheap ones and left them behind! All in all a great holuday and would consider a return visit. "
