"Staff were fantastic! So helpful. Hotel is in a great area with lovely restaurants and shops. The room was good but a little run down, half the lights above bed kept cutting out and the bezels of the spa bath would detach and float around. But do not let these minor issues put you off, what the hotel room lacked in renovation it made up for by the staff and location"
