"Our main comment is that the email confirmation for our booking specified pastries each day for breakfast, which we therefore believe we had paid for, but there was no breakfast available and no information about this or use of the kitchen in the property. "If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment."

"The family room was just the right size for our visit. It was compact, but good for a place to sleep. My toddler could reach all the switches and the tv, which made it a bit difficult to keep her away from. The staff were kind and generous during our visit by providing coloring sheets and cereal when they asked. Our room didn’t get serviced the first time it was requested, but eventually was the following day. Easy access to a Pizza Express and a Welcome Break which make it convenient when wanting to get something to eat and relax in the room for the evening. Easy parking. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent."
