"The property was on the seafront overlooking the beach, Southend Pier, and the amusements. All of the food outlets were either on the seafront or within 20 minutes walk east or west along the parade or north going towards Sainsburys. Lovely place which i hope to visit again."

"Jo and buzz amazing as always. Told them i was fasting and wouldnt eat breakfast. So they made me lunch to take with me. Lovely room sea views lovely family. Stayed her many times and will continue to do so. "
